    The housekeeping was exceptional, with rooms and common areas always clean and tidy. the heating kept us cozy during the chilly evenings, and the electric kettle in the room was a nice touch for making a quick cup of tea. the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were appreciated for entertainment options. the garden area was a lovely spot to relax, and the off-site car park made it convenient to bring our vehicle. While there were no ironing facilities, the comfortable sitting area made up for it. the breakfast options were outstanding, catering to special diets like gluten-free with fresh and delicious choices. the massage and outdoor jacuzzi were luxurious touches that added to the overall relaxation of the stay. Rafters strikes a good balance between cost and luxury, offering a comfortable and welcoming experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
